2025 - The former FANTASY building is being transformed into an interdisciplinary center for immersive media, digital education, and future-oriented experience formats in North Germany. With virtual film productions, innovative VR/AR applications, and internationally connectable event spaces, a flagship project is emerging that will attract creative minds, companies, and talents from all over Europe.

The Phenomenon is an immersive, modular traveling exhibition that brings the topic of UAPs & extraterrestrial Phenomena to life in a scientifically based, emotionally tangible, and visually spectacular way. It combines the latest findings from research, disclosure reports, and pop culture with state-of-the-art media technology & interactive exhibition design.
